Refused Shipments

Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not eligible for a refund if the shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs or the carrier. If the parcel is returned to us, any refund will exclude shipping costs and any fees incurred during the return process.

Once an order is locked into our system, the shipping address cannot be modified. If you detect an error, contact info@fdrstudios.com immediately. We will attempt to intercept the shipment before it leaves the warehouse.

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be activated.
