At FDR, we engineer every piece with precision. If your gear arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will handle the revolution. Contact us immediately at info@fdrstudios.com for a priority replacement. We cover the logistics for faulty items.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you’re obsessed with your FDR pieces. If not, we’ve streamlined the return process:

WINDOW: You have 30 DAYS from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

CONDITION: Items must be in their ORIGINAL STATE—unworn, unwashed, and with all FDR tags and packaging intact.

RESTRICTIONS: For hygiene reasons, certain accessories and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
STEP 1: THE REQUEST
Email info@fdrstudios.com with your Order Number and the reason for return. Our team will authorize the request within 24–48 hours.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR ARMOR
Securely pack your items in their original internal packaging. Ensure no original tracking labels are visible on the outer box.

STEP 3: SHIP IT
Affix your shipping label and drop it off at your local post office. Please note: Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day window.

SHIPPING FEES & LOGISTICS
As a growing independent label, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable service, as FDR is not liable for returns lost in transit.

REST OF WORLD: Calculated at checkout based on location.please consult customer service first.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

APPROVAL: You will receive an email confirmation once approved.

TIMELINE: Refunds are processed within 5 BUSINESS DAYS to your original payment method.

NOTE: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES & DISPUTES
ADDRESS ERRORS: Please double-check your coordinates. FDR is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

CUSTOMS: For international pioneers, customs clearance and any associated duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

TRANSIT ISSUES: If your package is stagnant for an extended period, contact your local carrier and our team simultaneously.

ANY RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
